Behind our Home

Hot lips salviaNative ground orchid whose name fell victim to a senior moment
Beefy gaillardia is barely able to survive its native conditions.
Our lonicera sempervirens did its Latin name pround by blooming throughout all cold and drought cycles (coral honeysuckle).
Our new neighbors planted a loquat tree in 'our' corner, delicious fruit. You see the back of their house. Our canary date palm grows a new set of fronds while the dried out oldest ones rustle in the wind.
