Robins

Robins are beautiful birds, about the size of a European Amsel. Although they are ubiquitous, at least on the East coast, 2009 is the first year that we had a nest right outside our kitchen door in NJ.

The photos of adult robins were provided by our Legacy neighbor Reinhold.

Feed me! No, feed ME!!! And ME too!

I couldn't stop laughing after I saw that photo.

They must be quite, quite noisy, right?

It's amazing that they never once made a single sound.

One year, we had woodpeckers in a nearby tree and they screamed their little beaks off all day long.
