Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands

Spanish Town on Virgin Gorda conveys a feeling of relaxation. No building higher than the palm trees, no other cruise ship just sailing boats. What a relief!
We took a tour in our private SUV with driver, excellent choice. The cruise line had advertised this as "off-roading with you at the wheel". It turned out that three groups of four wanted to drive themselves which left the two of us to sit in the guide's SUV. Great! We had our private tour guide, comfortable seats and excellent views. There was not off roading at all, just a stretch of bad gravel road in between excellent road conditions.
Very nice water and beach. Check out how many people you can see - nobody!

One of the few bays with homes.
