Florida Spring

White Ibis on my neighbor's roof

White ibis are an easily identified southeastern bird: red legs and red down-curved bill. They like our neighborhood because of its marshlands.

This sevenfooter enjoys a snooze in the sun. It's napping on Clock Tower Pond next to our entrance gate.

The ducks were to far away to identify them positively. I'll take a risk and declare them hooded mergansers.
